A HUGE category – there’s so much more that can be done with vegetarian options than are generally available, particularly at pubs and restaurants.
How about some suggestions then? Well, what about Pumpkin, Kale & Feta? Or Broccoli, Spinach and Parmesan? Then there’s Kale, Chestnut and Mushroom – so there’s much, much more to a vegetarian menu than the legendary Nut Cutlets that get such a bad press from some elements of the media!
