Chicken Pies

Chicken – one of the most versatile meats of all! Think of the combinations; chicken and leek, chicken and ham, chicken and mushroom, perhaps even chicken and stuffing. Have it moist or dry, make it in a pork pie style or in a foil tray – the sky’s the limit! Only one thing to consider though – if you’re calling it a chicken pie, there must be at the very least a little more chicken than other ingredients!
